IdealFit Raspberry Lemonade BCAA's Recovery Smoothie

This week, I got to collaborate and put our brains together with Malorie Ward from Petite Power Yoga. We wanted to bring our ideas together to develop the perfect pre and post workout recipes. The first recipe we wanted to share with you all is our IdealFit Raspberry Lemonade BCAA's Recovery smoothie, made with fresh raspberries, organic lemonade, and halotop ice-cream! 

This recipe is amazing! It is on the sour side more than the sweet, in a pleasant way! It is a great balance of sour and tart! It is also made with halo top which I am a big advocate of! I love Halo Top. For those of you who do not know, Halo Top is a protein packed ice-cream! You can get it at your local Harmon's or Smith's! It comes in a number of delicious flavors, my favorites include strawberry, lemon, red velvet, and salted caramel! 

A little bit of information about BCAA's. BCAA's stand for Branch Chain Amino Acids. The benefit of this product is to help you recover faster after a workout. IdealFit Raspberry Lemonade BCAA's Recovery Smoothie
Serves 2

2 cups organic lemonade
2 scoops IdealFit Raspberry Lemonade BCAA's
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup lemon Halo Top
1 half lime, juiced
1/4 lemon slice, juiced
2 teaspoons agave 
1 cup ice cubes 

Blend everything together in blender! Best after workout, or when you are craving a quick, healthy, sweet treat during the day!
