Protein Blueberry Muffins

This morning, for first time all semester, I had to be up at 8 am to register for freshman classes next year. My morning classes also got canceled, freeing up a few hours before my physics class at 11. Rather than being angry about having to be up so early, I decided to be productive and make myself some protein rich blueberry muffins. The muffin mix comes from the box brand Lehi Roller Mills and it did not disappoint! The muffins were super moist and delicious! Also, I added a scoop of vanilla protein for fun and to test out how they work! It turned out really good, and the vanilla addition made them taste even better!

On a cold, snowy morning, I can't think of anything better than warm blueberry muffins and some hot chocolate.

I prepared the muffins as directed on the box, with and additional one scoop of vanilla protein (Target Brand). Serve warm with butter or hot chocolate.
