Chicken Enchiladas

It's finals week down here at SUU! You know what that means! Binge eating, stress, and lots and lots of studying! I knew I would need some comfort food to get me through the week, so I found something I thought I would enjoy for dinner for the duration of the week! I came up with Chicken Enchiladas! And I am so glad that I did! This will be my only post this week because I will be cramming for my nutrition and english finals so enjoy!

Chicken Enchiladas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can green chilis
4 ounces sour cream or greek yogurt
1-2 cups shredded chicken
Whole wheat tortillas

Combine the soup, the chilis, and the sour cream in a mixing bowl. Add some water if mixture appears to be too thick. Now, it's time to start building. Fill one tortilla with chicken, sauce, and cheese and place in a 9x13 pan. Repeat until out of space in pan. When finished, cover with additional sauce and extra cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
