Instant Pot Philly Cheesesteak with Baked Zucchini Chips

One of my favorite easy dinners is my Instant Pot Philly Cheesesteak recipe! It's a dump recipe, so you throw all of your ingredients into the Instant Pot, and let it do all the work for you! I paired this recipe with delicious Zucchini Chips! These chips are low carb, flavorful, and so easy to make! Both of these recipes call for my favorite Garlic Butter Spread from Chef Shamy! This Garlic Butter is seriously my favorite! It enhances the flavorful of just about anything you put it on! Make it with me!

The Instant Pot makes this recipe quick, easy, and delicious! What typically takes 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low, now cooks in 90 minutes! The meat comes out tender and flavorful everytime! You can adapt this recipe to a crock pot recipe if you don't have an Instant Pot! But if you don't have an Instant Pot, I would recommend looking into get one! I use mine every single day.

Ever since I first sampled Chef Shamy's products at Costco one day I have been hooked! I love using Chef Shamy's butter spread products in my cooking because they bring such a delicious and unique element to my recipes! They really enhance the flavor in my cooking! In this recipe, I use the garlic butter spread both on my hoagie buns for toasting, and on my zucchini chips before baking! I even use this butter when I am making a grilled cheese! Whenever I use it, everyone always asks what tastes so good! It's th Garlic Butter Spread! You can shop Chef Shamy's products at Costco, Harmons, and Dick's! Or, you can use their store locator to find a place near you! They also have the option to order online!

Instant Pot Philly Cheesesteak with Baked Zucchini Chips!
Yields 6 servings

Philly Cheesesteak
4 pound round roast steak (or 4 pounds thinly sliced beef)
1 package Italian seasoning dressing
2 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons Chef Shamy Garlic Butter Spread
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 white onion, sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
6 tablespoons Chef Shamy Garlic Butter Spread
6 slices provolone
6 hoagie buns

Place the round roast steak, Italian seasoning mix, and beef broth in the Instant Pot.  Set the timer to 80 minutes (or 20 minutes per pound of meat). When finished, quick release the pressure. Remove the meat from the Instant Pot and shred or slice into thin pieces. Discard the extra juice in the Instant Pot.

Set the Instant Pot on saute and add the Garlic Butter Spread. Prepare bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms by slicing them into long slices and add them to the pot. Saute the veggies for 1-2 minutes before adding the shredded meat back into the pot. Mix everything together on saute for 5 minutes.

Preheat oven to broil. Spread a tablespoon of the Garlic Butter Spread on each bun. Place buns on cookie sheet in the oven for 1-2 minutes, until bread is toasted. Remove from oven and fill the buns with philly meat and cheese. Return to the oven for one more minute to melt the cheese.

* If using the sliced beef method, first saute the meat in the Instant Pot until browned. Remove from Instant Pot, and add in peppers, onions, mushrooms, and garlic butter. Finally, add back in the browned meat and beef broth. Set the timer to 5 minutes manual cooking and quick release when finished.
* You can also prepare this recipe in a crockpot. Just place all the ingredients in the crockpot and set it either to low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
