Grilled Beef Skewers with Tzatziki Sauce

These Grilled Beef Skewers are bursting with flavor! This recipe is one of my new favorites! Made with tender, marinated beef, delicious grilled veggies. Then, the kabobs are dipped in a flavorful tzatziki sauce that is oh so delicious! It's the perfect summer meal! Make it with me!

These grilled beef skewers are such a fun meal! You can serve them on the kabobs, with a side of rice or quinoa, or inside of a pita!  I've also included both grilling and baking instructions so you can make this recipe year round!

Tzatziki Sauce is a greek, yogurt based sauce that is so creamy, flavorful and delicious. It pairs so well with the grilled beef and the veggies!! You don't have to make up the sauce, the meat is flavorful enough on it's own, but it makes a great addition to the meal!

A little tip when grilling or baking the kabobs, if you are using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling!

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh dill
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Dash Salt & pepper

For the Kabobs:
Prepare the all vegetables for the skewers.

When ready to cook, thread beef, and veggies onto skewers.

GRILLING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat grill to medium high heat. Grill skewers until lightly charred all over, approximately 2-3 minutes per side. You can check a beef cube for doneness if desired. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with chilled Tzatziki Sauce.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil for easy clean up. Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Evenly space kabobs on baking sheet and bake 12-16 minutes, turning once OR until beef reaches desired doneness (cooking time will vary depending on steak size, so you can check a beef cube for doneness if desired). Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with chilled Tzatziki Sauce.

TIP: Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes in water before grilling or broiling.
